Upcoming Live Music
Live jazz takes place in the bar every first and third Sunday of the month from 7.30pm - 9.30pm and features some of London's leading jazz artists.
The jazz nights started in June 2009 and have proven to be hugely popular with both the locals and with jazz lovers across the capital. Artists who have performed at Sam’s include Natalie Williams and Joe Stilgoe, Heidi Vogel, Annabel Williams, Alexander Stewart and Tammy Weis.
Acts to watch out for in 2010 include Elisa Caleb who recently released her debut album to huge critical acclaim, Louise Golbey who is a jazz/soul singer-songwriter who last year performed at Glastonbury andYounee, a Korean virtuoso pianist and singer-songwriter who has performed with the legendary Bob James.
The jazz is free to drinkers and diners.

Sam's Brasserie is one of my favourite local restaurants so I was really happy to see that they were putting on live music. I was even happier to see that amongst the acts they were booking were some fantastic musicians who I've known and worked with for years, as well as some great up and coming talent
