After an afternoon of Christmas shopping join us in this fantastic opportunity to master how to shuck your own oysters.
Ian will show you the best way to prepare your oysters and how to make a range of accompliments for an extra special treat for your family and guests this Christmas.
Price includes six oysters to shuck on the day, a recipe folder, an oyster knife to take home and a glass of Champagne to enjoy with your oysters.
