A Sherry tasting with Sam and Eddie Hart of Fino, Barrafina and Quo Vadis Restaurants

We are extremely pleased to announce that Sam and Eddie Hart, well known Soho restauranteurs, will be hosting a fabulous Sherry tasting at Sam's.

Determined to bring quality, modern tapas to London, the Hart brothers set up Fino in the heart of the West End. Their aim - to deliver the best of both Spanish and British produce, bringing along influences from cities where they have lived, including Mexico City, Madrid and Barcelona. Quo Vadis recently won Best New Restaurant and Barrafina won Best Spanish Restaurant.

Typically underappreciated, Sherry is a wonderful fortified wine from the 'Sherry Triangle', an area in the province of Cadiz, Spain. It is produced in a variety of styles, ranging from dry, light versions such as finos to much darker and sometimes sweeter versions known as olorosos.

- For those wanting to stay for dinner, in addition to our a la carte menu, we will be offering a two course menu for £14.00 or a three course menu for £17.00.
